"HALDI Consult" LLC, as one of the biggest engineering company in Armenia, in face of Igit Hovsepyan was invited to participate 26th World Road Congress in Abu Dhabi. The event, organized by the World Road Association (PIARC) and the Abu Dhabi Department of Transportation (DoT), brought together more than 6,000 participants from 144 countries, more than 3,700 delegates and more than 40 ministers and deputy ministers from around the world to share their views, best policies and practices over five days. The Congress has included 62 sessions, 13 workshops and 6 technical visits. The exhibition hosted 26 national pavilions, a record, and more than 150 exhibitors.

The exam included material on: The Consulting Industry; Organizing a Consulting Firm; Human Resources Management; Business Development; Sustainable Development; Quality Management; Integrity Management.

Moreover, "HALDI Consult" LLC in face of Igit Hovsepyan was invited to participate FIDIC International Infrastructure Conference in Mexico City. This year’s conference was an excellent one, with serious discussion and debate and many inspirational speeches as FIDIC and its members grappled with the key issues facing the industry. Many of the discussions and debate are highlighted in the post-conference issue which gives a real flavour of an event that shone the spotlight on how technological change is challenging and changing the construction and infrastructure sector.

The Forum is dedicated to the perspectives of Italian-Armenian cooperation in Energy, Environment, Transport Infrastructures, Construction, Smart cities and Restoration Sectors. The event was promoted by the Italian National Association of Builders (ANCE) and the Italian Association of Engineering and Architectural Companies (OICE) engineering consulting and organized by the Italian Embassy in Yerevan and the ICE Agency.
The large participation of companies in the B2B and B2G sessions on the sidelines of the Forum (with about 200 meetings) is undoubtedly a tangible sign of the great interest shown in closing new partnerships in this market, said Italian Ambassador Vincenzo Del Monaco at the Forum.
From Armenian side "HALDI Consult" LLC as one of the leading engineering- consulting company was also invited to the Forum and B2B meetings with Italian companies.
The purpose of this event is to strengthen and expand economic and trade relations between Italy and Armenia in the industrial and investment cooperation.

The forum was organized by the chambers of commerce and industry of the Republic of Armenia, Russian Federation, Belarusian chamber of industry and commerce, national chamber of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, all – Russian Kyrgyz congress and company “Eventcenter”, with the support of the government of the Republic of Armenia and Eurasian Economical commission.
The Forum was attended by more than 250 representatives from EAEU countries.

More than 13,000 people – including industry leaders, policymakers, administrators, and researchers from government, industry, and academia – gathered for the Transportation Research Board’s 98th Annual Meeting. To the TRB 98th Annual Meeting also HALDI Consult LLC participated in face of Deputy Director – Igit Hovsepyan. The event was held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C., from Jan. 13 to 17, 2019, and involved more than 5,000 presentations at nearly 800 sessions and workshops covering all transportation modes.
A number of sessions, workshops, events and poster presentations were held/presented during TRB 98th Annual Meeting. The annual meeting was featured an exhibit hall with more than 300 exhibitors from government agencies, research organizations, and commercial businesses showcasing their products and services.
HALDI Consult LLC was also invited for Chair's Luncheon. The Chair's Luncheon is the largest event of the annual meeting, typically drawing an audience of 1000 leaders in transportation from the public and private sectors throughout the U.S. and abroad. The program included the introduction of TRB's new Executive Committee members and officers, as well as award presentations.

The official opening of the event, as well as a number of events took place on October 19, 2018, at hotel "OLD TBILISI", at 11:00, Tsamebuli 27. More than 230 enterprises from Armenia, Russia (business representatives from 8 regions), Georgia, Ukraine participated in contact exchange, workshops (sectional discussions) and bilateral business meetings organized in the forum on October 19, 2018. Individual B2B meetings (visits to Georgian enterprises and organizations for commercial negotiations) have been organized for Armenian, Russian and Ukrainian companies on October 21, 2018.

The series of law-abiding taxpayers is being replenished: the second stage of the certificate handing, confirming the status of a “law-abiding taxpayer” started on the 28th of February. Mr. Karen Brutyan, the first Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia, presented certificates to 18 business entities/enterprises: “The purpose is, on the one hand, to create more favorable conditions in terms of attracting credit resources, and to show that the law-abiding taxpayers have the state’s, in this case, the SRC's support, on the other”, - emphasized Mr. K. Brutyan. After the first stage of the certificate handing, within 2 days, 18 taxpayers among 26, who had applied for receiving certificates, met the standards. From the beginning of the year up to date 86 business entities/enterprises have applied for receiving certificates of a law-abiding taxpayer, 38 applications of which were approved, 13 were disapproved/rejected, 35 of which are currently being studied. Karen Brutyan noted that the process of the certificate handing will be simplified: “Once the application is submitted, and after receiving the law-abiding taxpayer’s certificate, if there is no negative change in the business entities/enterprise’s behavior, the term of validity of the certificate shall be automatically extended”.

The Deputy Director of a large telecommunication company, Mr. Merujan Mikaelyan considers the initiative of SRC to be a success: “This step, aimed to improve the business environment, enhances the company's image and reputation. As a result, we are becoming more popular in social environment as a company acting with honest methods towards the state and the society”.
With Deputy Director of the audit company Vardan Marutyan’s observation, after the first stage of certificate handing, the enthusiasm among business entities has increased: “We welcome the fact that the process continues in full swing, and hope that the vast majority of business entities/enterprises, acting in Armenia, will be law-abiding: with actual behavior. This will ease both the business entities’ and accountant’s, as well as the state's care promoting the development of our country.”

Let us remind that by conducting the Prime Minister's recommendation, SRC developed the procedure for granting the status of a law-abiding taxpayer in short time. SRC Chairman Vardan Harutyunyan handed certificates to the first 20 law-abiding taxpayers expressing gratitude for being a law-abiding partner.

Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan attached importance to ensuring transparency of the activities of the selection committee choosing the companies.

The theme this year was Sustainable Transport for All — how to make transport available for everyone in Asia and the Pacific and how to make it affordable, accessible, safe and green.
Participants were leaders, senior officials and managers of transport and international development, government officials from ADB developing member countries, private sector, development partners, research organizations and NGOs.
